What’s the difference between Full Access and Temp / NFA accounts?
Full Access listings specify the account access and details included. Temp / NFA accounts provide limited access; NFA means non-full-access, and control of the linked email may not be included. Check each listing for its access terms, duration, and restrictions.
How does delivery work?
Delivery starts automatically after payment is confirmed. Available products appear on your private order page; your order email links to that page. Supplier-fulfilled items may need more time, and the order page shows their status.
Where can I access my purchases?
Use the private order link in your order email. My account provides access to your purchase area; orders completed through SellAuth are stored in the SellAuth purchases area. Use the same email you entered at checkout. Keep delivery details and private links to yourself.
Do I need an account before buying?
No account is needed to browse. Enter your email at checkout, then use that same email to access your purchases. Your purchase area verifies your email before showing private order details.
What should I check before paying?
Read the product description, included access, platform, region, and edition. Check any usage requirements or restrictions shown in the listing. Contact support if a detail is unclear.
Which payment methods are available?
The payment options available for your order appear at checkout. Your payment provider handles card details; NexGen does not store them.
How do I get help with an order?
Contact NexGen support with your order number and a short description of the issue. Discord is available for community updates and general questions. Never post passwords, activation keys, or private order links in public channels.
What does out of stock mean?
That product has no available delivery stock and cannot be purchased. Check Status & stock for current availability and Discord for inventory updates. Upcoming listings appear in the marketplace when published.
