Refund Policy.
How NexGen reviews delivery problems, billing errors, and refund or replacement requests for digital purchases.
1. Digital purchases
Because digital products can be accessed, copied, or activated immediately, purchases are generally final once the correct license or digital product has been successfully delivered. This policy does not remove any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Requests that normally do not qualify
A refund will normally not be provided for:
- Buyer’s remorse, changing your mind, or an accidental purchase.
- Failure to follow the supplied setup or activation instructions.
- A compatibility or setup requirement clearly disclosed before purchase.
- A license problem caused by the customer, including sharing, misuse, unauthorized transfer, or attempts to bypass license restrictions.
- Temporary product or third-party downtime by itself when the purchased license remains valid, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
3. Problems NexGen will investigate
Contact support promptly if your order involves:
- No delivery after a successful payment.
- A license key that is invalid at the time of initial delivery.
- The wrong product or plan being delivered.
- Duplicate billing for the same intended purchase.
- A fulfillment failure or another genuine order-processing error.
4. Available resolutions
After reviewing the order and available records, NexGen may provide a replacement key, product swap, store credit, or refund, depending on the cause of the problem, whether the delivery has been accessed or used, product availability, and applicable law.
Approved monetary refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment processor and the customer’s financial institution.
5. How to request help
Submit a request through the NexGen support and ticket system. Provide the purchase email, order number, product and plan, a clear explanation, and any relevant error message. Do not post a full license key, private order link, password, or payment credential in a public message.
NexGen may request reasonable troubleshooting details needed to confirm the problem. Deliberately false claims, altered evidence, or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions under the Terms of Service.
6. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
